Your reasoning is circular my friend.

Besides, one advantage the Bible has over the Book of Mormon is that we know from contemporary facts and hard archeological and linguistic and documentary evidence there were such things as Hebrews, Egyptians, Phillistines, etc., they fought one another, etc. At least we have that bare bones corroboration of the Bible's general context.
