Here is the most recent email that I received from the club president on 6/27/08:

Everything has been sent off to Louis Garneau. The sales rep asked me to give her two weeks before she could give any more information so hopefully I'll know a shipment date by then. However, she didn't seem too optimistic about them being ready really quick since they have been really busy with orders this time of year. I'll let you know when I get a shipment date from Kimiko.

Apparently what happened was, against their better judgement they initially tried to save a few bucks by going through a Salt Lake jersey manufacturer instead of Louis Garneau. They ran into a bunch of problems with the licensing agreement (the same thing they went through and solved with Garneau the year before) and ended up dropping that company and going with Garneau after all.
