Default Selfishness

It is my opinion that even people we consider unselfish are selfish at least 95% of the time. Even simple things like asking your kids to be quiet is selfish because you are asking them to behave in a way that pleases you, not them. The kids weren't really doing anything wrong. They were just annoying. When I donate blood, I feel good that I am helping other people, so ultimately, I do it for selfish reasons. I wouldn't do it if it made me feel bad. So why do we condemn others as being selfish when all of us are?
