-The church spends another $20 mil installing metal detectors at all 15,000 meetinghouses.
-Most Relief Society members set off the alarms every Sunday
-The church empowers local stakes to decide whether to activate them
-95% opt not to use them
-The next shooting occurs in 2012 during a basketball game
