Gee, I don't remember trying to make that point. Nor do I think that one has to show what you've written to argue that Joseph could have committed adultery.

But the case of Apostle Albert Carrington is interesting. He committed adultery for over a decade as a member of the Quorum of the Twelve and The First Presidency.
