360 and plasma at work - where to put it?
Do you leave them in the lunch room or put them in a separate 'lounge room'?
In the lunch room - limits times people are on it, but it's an open area with windows where customers can see it. In a closed-off lounge room - separate room with a door away from cutomer site, but people may spend more time on it. Background: all my guys are software devs so we have 360 and free soda (even mtn dew) - that's why it's here. |

Put it in my office. I'll make sure your employees don't abuse their privileges.

Our company has a few 360's and flat screens. They're kept in the employee lounge. As long as people get their work done in a satisfactory manner, nobody cares how long they spend in there. The setup has kind of lost it's charm at our office. I haven't seen anybody playing for a few weeks.
