Archaea mentioned a website with a good training program on it, but I can't remember the name of it. Do you guys follow a program? I need some more motivation to increase my mileage. It's hard to get pumped up to run on a treadmill.

Starts with an H, I'll remember it but it's basically fairly easy. Pick an A race in the future, two B races to lead up to it, and three Cs interspersed.
Now, pick local ten ks. Increase ten percent per week. Start with a tempo day at ten k pace, an interval day with rolling two hundreds, four hundreds, eight hundred twelve hundreds and repeate miles over a period. And have a long day. For you I'd pick a good half marathon.

nikerunning.com has a program where you pick the distance you're training for and they'll give you a program.
