Apparently if I had fought in a war, I am told, I would not be so pissed. Those of us not fighting wars should thank God, and pray for those that do. The hazards to body, mind, and spirit are great. |

Good to see your defense team hard at work on CB.
Do you pay well? I may be interested in supporting the Mike Waters cause. |

To the defense of Mr. 187_Skillz has told me this.....
'187_Skillz === my callsign 'Skillz' and my original flight school training squadron in USAF' I got after him a while back and said it was super lame that somebody would delight in the shedding of blood so much he would use it as his handle. He than proceeded to explain to me that that wasn't the meaning of his name. (I am sure his name has double meaning) |

maybe we will see the emergence of a new user on CB. 69_Skillz.
"69 was my number on the offensive line. It has nothing to do with what you were thinking, even if I have advocated 'oral is moral' and other things recently on the board." How stupid does he think we are? |

I'm sure he doesn't think you're as smart as you think you are.

I am not too surprised. We create a warrior class to protect us and then are disappointed when they behave like warriors. What can we expect? The popular image of soldiers being taken from the everyday jobs is about as accurate as the image of farmers leaving their plows to serve in Congress only to return and continue on in their home lives. Both images were created when our country was created and both were inaccurate from the beginning.
Don't misunderstaned, I am not condoning it, but if you take people and teach them to kill with ruthless efficiency and teach them the psychoilogical skills they need to survive (IOW teach them to demonize the enemy, etc.) why is it surporising that some of them are cavalier about killing? It is, in my mind, inevitable at some level and one of the costs we pay for having a strong military.

I did nothing more than say "I find it ironic that someone in the military with the username 'Murder Skills' is defending these soldiers." (to paraphrase). I am a counterbalance to the people that defend murder, torture, and rape. What kind of society would we have if no one stood up to abuses by our military? I don't apologize for one second. |

I can't talk to the dude. All he talks about all day long is blowing people up, blowing up targets, the sounds a fart makes, how weak the army is, how cool it is to fly a helicoptor naked, how big his cock is, how many pull-ups he can do, etc..... Talk about a different person. 17 months ago the only things he would have talked with you about were, how beautiful his wife is, how the gospel saved his life, how beautiful his daughter is, how beautiful the mountains are, how he hated paying taxes, how much money he spent in fixing his 1972 truck, etc..... |
