wow i never realized how big.....
this community has already gotten....
ive received multiple emails regarding my post. let me make this clear, the info i passed was not meant to be a slight on bronco. i just thought it interesting the different point of view offered by someone much more close to the situation than most here. i found it interesting that the things that have brought bronco much success and will bring him future success, could also lead to his demise.. the line between success and failure is very fine indeed... |

Here's what I like about him: He thinks big and he's not afraid to put himself in the hot seat. It may backfire, but it's a bold move, and I like someone in the position who's willing to put the pressure on himself.
There are people who perform better under pressure. I hope he's one of them.

The up-side o' Bronco
Plus he's never tried to win a game by 9. Granted, he's never had the opportunity to try, but still...

He says he is all about accountability, but the only person he is making accountable for the crappy play is himself and "the other coaches". Aside from vague references to not executing, he has not publicly made anyone accountable for poor perfermance. I like Bronco. He's young and new and is going to make mistakes. But I'm afraid he is going to take so much blame for the losses and poor play that he won't be around long enough to prove himself. Is it wrong in college FB to name names and call the players out for poor performance? Urban did that with Chris Leak prior to the season and up until last week against Bama played much better. |

I think not only would he lose the players by pointing fingers in public, but he'd receive even more heat from fans and media. I very much admire his willingness to put himself on the line like he has. Yeah, he might fail, but you know he's going to give it his best.
