What about Andrew Hampsten, Jeff Pierce, and Floyd Landis?
Davis Phinney would have been the first, Jeff Pierce for Seven Eleven, Greg Lemond, Andrew Hampsten, Tyler Hamilton, Lance Armstrong, George Hincapie, Floyd Landis and David Zabriskie, with Levi Leipheimer added to the list.
