Should I do the little local triathlon Saturday?

Because I haven't run in two years and the only swimming I've done this year was in the ocean two weeks ago maybe I will just do the sprint distance. How hard can it be? |

That looks like a blast. I would do it in a heartbeat. I wish we had a good saturday tri here. Everything worth doing is on sunday around our hometown.
Do they allow arm floaties? We've got a couple extra pairs lying around if you're interested. |
