Running the detroit half marathon in October... weight lifting has been sparse since my new arrival.

I put a little gym in my garage. I've got a decent bench, a squat rack and about 400 pounds of Olympic weights and a dumbell rack from 25 through 50 pounds. This has helped me to hit the weights a minimum of twice a week. Best purchase I ever made.

Have you been running much?

Wow I am looking to do the same in my unfinished basement. Easier to go downstairs and lift weights when you have two small ones than go to the gym. I have been looking on craig's list and garage sales but am having trouble finding free weights.

I have kept my running at about 20-24 miles a week
