I know bike racing has a lousy image on drug use, but I have to admit that I find the anti-doping pledge to be very onerous and unreasonable. I have thought that it is necessary to help overcome the image problem, but if I was a racer (stop laughing Archaea) I would not be very likely to sign the thing. Sadly, the fact that he doesn't sign it, does make everyione think he might be doping, even though he is still tested like all the other riders.
