Gusting cross winds made for an interesting
ride this morning.
I'm uncertain how strong they were, perhaps 30 to 40 mph, but they were not constant, thus, one leaned part of the time and then didn't have to lean. It was one of the few times where I was nervous and uncomfortable.

I hate to ride in a cross wind when it feels like your bike is going to fly right out from underneath you. The weather here was finally nice enough to get out again last night and I found it doesn't take long to lose it. How's the shoulder?

Shoulder hurts like hell, but I'm toughing it out. I was worried I'd end up on the ground and reinjure it.
