Lions for Lambs
Opening weekend for this movie?
$6.71 million. Ouch. Anyone seen it? Far as I can tell it's commentary on the war on terror, but I'm not sure. EDIT: 26% at Rotten Tomatoes. http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/lions_for_lambs/ Last edited by JohnnyLingo; 11-13-2007 at 11:26 PM. |

Anyway, my wife liked it better than I did. She's also a democrat from the liberal state of Oregon. It was heavy handed as was expected. Basically there is nothing that can be done to win the war. Our best and brightest are full of apathy. Politicians all lie. They announce their candidacy for presidency by denying it. The media is cynical as ever but ad revenue is more important than the "story" so news gets lost among entertainment fodder. Not great nor controversial as some have touted it.
