A question about stretching before a ride..
any recommendations as to which of the various stretches to do? I'm pretty much doing the same kind of stretches before a ride as I did before a baseball game, but I wonder if I need to focus more on working all the leg muscles.
Any help would be appreciated.

Focus upon lower back and hamstring stretches. These are areas prone to injury.
