Comerica is actually in an ok part of downtown.. Right by the Fox and State theatres and the opera house. I bought a 21 game package for the tigers and it was a great deal. We were right behind the bullpen and my wife loved when the people would heckle the opposing teams relievers. Any way here is my list Anaheim Dodger Stadium Wrigley Comiskey (old) Comerica Park PNC Camden Yankee Fenway Great American Ballpark (May 2008)

Two of mine aren't even used anymore:
1) Candlestick 2) The Kingdome 3) Fenway |

I put zero, but I lied. I have seen a 49ers game at Candlestick.
I hope to add Petco to my list by the end of the summer. Just because I'll be in San Diego, I've never seen a MLB game in person, and my relatives have a kick-ass condo that essentially looks into the stadium. |

Ooh, do you have any idea if it is in one of the two new high rises built across the street from Petco? Those with a southern view are a premium because people can sit on their balconies and watch the game.

I believe so. Although I think they have a northern view. However, there is a commons area on each floor that overlooks the park. Like I said, I am hoping to make it down to SD this summer to visit, and I can hopefully report. And if the southern ones are more of a premium than theirs... yikes.

My rankings of the parks I've attended a game at
Fenway- First by a mile
PNC - Best new park with the city in the background Camden - Boogs place Wrigley - Neighborhood park Safeco - Beautiful park and good food Kauffman - Small park great place to watch a game Cools - It's nice but nothing really stood out Dodger Stadium - It fits in with So Cal Yankee - Did you notice nobody cares they are tearing it down U.S Cellular - Nice place. Much better then expected Comerica - I always felt like i was a mile away from the field Oakland Coliseum - It's a football stadium Great American - My least favorite of the new parks Candlestick - Froze my butt during an August game Three Rivers - A big round bowl King Dome - Just the worst but the one I attended the most. Spent a summer in Seattle in the early 80's and you could buy a $7 ticket and sit about anywhere you wanted because only about 5000 people showed up for the games.

I left one out. I lived in Arizona for 7 years and went to about 10 - 12 games a year at The BOB and Chase Field. I knew I was forgetting an obvious one. |
