The problem with rebounding last night
was NOT Plaisted. We did well in the first half.
The problem was that we went to a zone defense for a large part of the half. Zones are notorious for giving up easy offensive rebounds. IMO, if we don't go to zone, we don't give up so many Offensive rebounds & 2nd chance points, and we win by 8. |

You can still box out in a zone.
You have to have a sense for where the players are and when a shot goes up, you move into position and bracket the player with your backside to know where he is.
