I'm not sure if there are many other Jimmy Buffett fans out there, but I am. Apparently, he is also a fan of the game Rock Band, and re-recorded the songs so they could be set up and downloaded.
I know I'll be downloading the songs, Volcano, Cheeseburger in Paradise and Margaritaville should all offer up a change of pace for the game. |

Speaking of Jimmy Buffet, I was once doing some defense work on a very large tax credit for a petrochemical company that rhymes with "Thevron."
We were out at one of their facilities in Pascagoula, Mississippi to check out some operations and speak with onsite engineers about their potentially-qualified activities. As you could imagine, there is not a lot to do in the 'Gou after working hours. One thing you can do is learn more about native son, Jimmy Buffet. We drove by the area where Jimmy Buffet was born/lived for the first few years of his life. It was not that exciting, but at least I can say that I did it. That was a horrible trip....Mississippi and Alabama. I couldn't wait for it to end.

I have only the haziest of recollections of the two Buffet concerts I've attended. Lots of Hawaiian shirts and foam parrot hats, Margaritaville and some dude screaming at me to wake up and get off the hood of his Beemer.
Good times.
