He would probably mandate population control for whites. Kills two birds with one stone: It gives blacks better odds of achieving long-term power over whites, and it also conveniently reduces competition for scarce resources.

I disagree and believe the executive power should be neutered, whether it be McCain or Obama. The continual expansion of executive powers is ripe for abuse.
