I thought the goal (not Bronco's goal, the goal stated by several different fans) was to get at least 20% non-LDS. 4 out of 21 is right around that figure.

With David Nixon gone, you just lost 33% of the fireside team. I'm worried about the quality of the firesides next year. Hope they have someone who can step up.
