How far into the future does BYU prognosticate and does BYU typically offer juniors once they've finished their season or wait for summer camps?
If so, does BYU already have its list for 2011? It seems the top of BYU's list is good but the bottom looks like typical BYU fare, i.e., local Utah Mormons, who get exposed by Texas boys on the field. Getting some talent from Texas, Alabama and even Massachusetts looks promising. But the constant diet of Utah filler seems unwarranted for both BYU and Utah. How many of the bottom ten actually contribute? Wouldn't it better to suggest preferred walk-on status until the lads prove they can contribute on the field? I like TCU's class, which is loaded with speed. Mike's suggestion that we jettison the bottom filler for finding speed a la TCU makes sense to me. If you're going to take a risk, wouldn't it make more sense to take a flier on a guy with some speed?

BYU already had commits for next year.
http://byu.scout.com/a.z?s=338&p=9&c=4&yr=2011 BYU does ask some guys to come on board as walk-ons.
