It is NOT an Honor Code.

It is a Code of Conduct. Meaning that the institution has rules, you agree to them as part of attending the university, and you are subject to the punishments that the university chooses.

It is not "on your honor." It is not merely a matter of personal integrity. After arrival, it is not voluntary, other than choosing to leave the university.
