Boxing. A guy at work used to be a boxer. He does boxing training at the gym. He's started training me.

I just ordered my gloves and hand wraps.

all they have to know is that I box. That is enough.

my shoulder is sore. i'm blanking, that part at the top wherre the acromion messes with some other bone or whatever. where is zulu to help me out.

i think the speed bag work did me in.

If it is on top it is the AC joint or the acromioclavicular joint.

*sigh* I guess boxing is the new mistress. Mike is not the norm. He doesn't have time for all his hobbies. A new one crops up every 6 months or so. He was a wandering mind, but hopefully not a wandering eye.
