"I want to make sure we're all on the same page."
"You are a valuable asset to the company."
Anything that has to do with "team."

I call on managers and supervisors everywhere to come up with some new material.

Others that I'd like to see gone (mostly because I hear them) -

"Do you realize how much that is going to cost us?"
"How did you get in here?"
"Have a seat so we can talk about this situation."
"I expect your desk to be cleaned out by this afternoon."
"Get security!"

Am I alone in thinking these are not good things?

Well, I called it a desk. In reality, it was a counter in the break room, if there was any free space, that is.
