Help me with my moral dilemma
Tonight the local mission president (Boyd K. Packer's son) is hosting my ward FHE, and we are all supposed to wear suits and bring our scriptures, for a member-missionary MTC experience. I even received a letter exhorting me to be there, signed by the bishopric.
I haven't attended my ward FHE since last fall when Alvin the Assassin bore testimony on his suicidal tendencies, and then we watched a video showing four live childbirths. (Some of you may remember that thread). Given the cute little exhortation and all, I was planning on attending. But a minute ago I received a phone call from a friend in La Mesa, inviting me to a birthday dinner at Black Angus at 6:30. So my question for you is, should I order: (A) The Chef's Center Cut Filet & 10 oz Lobster Tail, or (B) The New York Strip with a 1/4 rack of ribs? |

Boring FHE or interesting dinner, you'd be a fool to fall for that one.
However, certainly there might be pheasant on the menu as well.

You're joking, right? Or are you just bragging about being able to get out of the meeting?
