With all the problems they seem to have with that lab in France I would be very hesitant of signing that. |

There should be a union of cyclists to oppose the system currently in place given the disrepute of the French lab.

I'm not sure I am following here. THe charter asks them to affirm: 1. No involvement in doping; and, 2. if requested, they agree to submit DNA samples to the furhter investigation of Operacion Puerta in Spain.
What does this have to do with the French Lab?

I shouldn't have singled out any lab. I just hope they can take out the doubt if someone test positive or not. You listen to that Landis case and it looks like that was handled in a pretty sloppy manner. If I was a rider and my career was on the line I would worry about tainted samples and mixed up samples.
