Obviously, spend some time walking up and down 16th Street Mall. Cool atmosphere. Lots of restaurants and shops.

Catch a Colorado Rockies baseball game.

Visit the Coors brewery. It is pretty interesting to see how they brew their beer. They also serve Coca Cola products (or Pepsi, not sure which one) for those that don't want the beer samples. It is about an hour tour.

Visit and spend some time in Golden. A resort like town and this is also where the Coors brewery is.

Visit Mile High Stadium...they do have tours so give them a call and see when they offer tours.

Visit Boulder...another resort town and pretty cool as well.

I really like Denver. I lived there for a few months and enjoyed it. Too bad the mountains aren't about 50 miles closer to downtown.
I'm going to the Coors Brewery tomorrow. I was originally supposed to be in Denver for three days but my project ended early and I can't get a flight out until tomorrow night so I've got some free time. After the brewery I'm going to go on a tour of Mile High if I have enough time (have to be to the airport by 4:00). The Mile High tour includes a tour of the keg room. Dang, I wish I had my camera.

16th street mall is boring - I walked that today. It would be fun if I was with my wife or with friends and we could people-watch and chat and find someplace to eat but it's boring all by myself.

When you tour the brewery, ask if they have on display the car that Pete was driving when he got a DUI.
