Let's make this more interesting.

I have 2 submissions. Both were served to me in WV.

1. Squirrel gravy.
2. Fresh Turtle soup (turtle he pulled out of the Ohio river that morning)

The squirrel gravy wasn't too bad ... just gamey.

The soup was disgusting.
