Sometimes I wonder why I don't drop out of law school and appraise real estate full-time. Over President's Day weekend I made $2200 in 4 days, and during the Christmas break I made $5300 in 10 days. In a nutshell that is over six figures a year working full-time, which is more than most first year attorneys make.
