I think your brother is onto something here. I sense some softening of the Saints resolve over the last decade. A real good in your face prophecy fulfilled is needed. Nothing like the constitution on a string and being saved by an Elder to strengthen membership.

Romney has virtually zero chance at being chosen as the V.P. Running mate. Romney even said himself today that he doesn't expected to be among those in the final selection pool for McCain. Apparently some young buck from Virginia, that's hardcore conservative is being touted as the lead guy.....someone I've never heard of.

Doesn't matter as Obama is going to win by a pretty big margin IMO.
