The problem with a cougarguard tailgate is that many of us are not from Utah, and thus not able to hit many, if any, of the games.

If anyone is out in northern california, SteelBlue and I put on a nice little game day get-together and would love to see more guys around.

Maybe livecoug and Tick should plan a roadie 6 hours north sometime....

My brother and I usually do our own tailgating, but I don't mind dropping by to say hi and throw around the pigskin.

this is what i was looking for. people who already tailgate or even just wanted to get into tailgating. Rocky, where do you usually tailgate? i've mentioned in previous posts that a lot of people are starting to tailgate in the Marriott Center parking lot. try it out for the first few games and see if you like the area. it's makes it even more fun tailgating when you're surrounded by other tailgaters.

I love a good tailgate. The Marriott Center is an okay place but it'd be nice if more tailgating took place in the parking lot across from the stadium.

that by far is the best place to tailgate, but that's the bronze level cougar club parking lot. and sadly not everyone is budgeting for an extra $200 bucks a year to the cougar club. i would love for BYU to make a tailgate specific area over there. or anywhere for that matter!

wait are you talking about the parking lot adjacent to the stadium west of it or the grass lot west of the stadium across the street? both of those would be great. the parking lot would be cool because you are so close to the stadium and very visible. the grass lot would be great becuase there is grass. however you need to be in the cougar club to park in either lot.
