I suspect that SU was never truly converted.

It is clear from the Brody biography that she never had any spiritual understanding of MOrmonism or really any other religion. She was blind as a bat spiritually. When I understood that, I can see her biography in a new light.

SU faked his way for a long time, and then stopped faking.

However he seems to have the idea that the rest of us are faking as well, or are self-deluded. And some of us have the temerity to suggest that maybe we have experienced something he has not.

See, if what I said in my post got SU's hackles up, then you understand why the general membership of Mormonism pisses the hell out of him.
