Star Trek is ok, if only for the unintentional laughs I get.

My movie tastes are very simple:

An accurate portrayal of an historical event.

or

Lots and lots of stuff getting blown up.

Science fiction just doesn't do much for me.

I am halfway through and this book is thebomb.com. I am loving it and doing my best to stay away from spoilers on the internet or people who have already read it.

If you don't like Tolkein, Heinlein, Asimov, Bradbury, Herbert, you must be a Ute or a Longhorn.

I'd think that you would appreciate that I don't have the herd mentality here.

I definitely enjoyed the finale and I do recommend. I think, however, that book 7 is my least favorite of the series. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it quite a bit, but I don't think it is near as fun as the first couple of books.

My wife thinks that she should have ended the 7th book with a choose your own adventure

If you want to see Harry die go to pg 725.

If you want to see Voldemort die go to pg 751
