Did it actually end up that none of the "kids" actually killed anyone? I was trying to remember if any of them did. Harry never really did? Voldie really killed himself in a sense and the book goes to great length to tell him that will happen. I was thinking this was a huge sidestep of an important issue, but maybe I am wrong and one of the kids did kill someone.

That's an interesting point. I'll have to think on that one.

That was actually an issue brought up early in the book, wasn't it? When Harry declined to perform the avada kedavra curse, electing to disarm or stun his enemies instead.

I need to read the book again to get a better sense of the details.

He let Draco, and Crabbe go free, even saving them. Goyle however died along with Fred, Lupin, Tonks, and everyone else that wasnt that important.
