Hmmm...that is a good point. I hadn't considered that. Probably because I can't imagine what sort of motivation a person would have for doing something so disgusting. It still seems like rape, just using an object. I think I might be slightly more disturbed by that whole idea.

What they did was they went around teabagging kids. They would hold them down and the one kid would rub his balls on their face. They did it in a joking manner.

I think it is gross, but it is not that far out of the norm for a highschool loccker room. The broom handle up the butt was at a Lehi football camp during the summer that imo is much worse.

In Crim Law they taught us that a person can be charged with rape for forcibly inserting anything inside of a vagina, including the very tip of a tongue or finger- no matter how slight the penetration. So along those lines, if the attackers stuck a broomstick or a pencil or anything in the anus, I assume they could be charged with sodomy.

They were charged with forcible sodomy which is a 1st or 2nd Degree Felony, not sure which one, so I'm thinking it was a litte more than just tea-bagging.
