The first one incorporated a lot of American history and spoke to characters that the viewer at least had heard of. The sequal was far more internationally based, and just a little too easy (in terms of putting clues together etc...)
I didn't think it was horrible though, you've got to take this movie for what it is...a disney movie about finding hidden treasures and unraveling mysterious clues. There's no doubt in my mind that there will be a third one. |

I liked the first one, despite some pretty obvious errors that they shouldn't have made. Some were part of the plot, so you can excuse their bending of history, but why mess up something as simple as the number of people who signed the Declaration of Independence?
