you're not following things closely. Some Romney advisers are painting this as skipping a state, like some of the other guys already have. Let the other guys beat themselves up. So yes, it is tantamount to abandonment.

It is. Difference is he is pulling out vs. ignoring which at least has given him a solid footprint to pick up delegates in South Carolina. I don't think he has pulled out of Florida, just put it on the back burner until after Nevada and South Carolina. Florida is a big part of Super Tuesday, and Romney has Jeb Bushes blessing.

Sorry, you are correct. I meant that after 19th Romney will be hitting Florida Hard. He stated as much tonight.
