My wife voted for Obama on Tuesday.

Our love has never been stronger.

If only. My political decisions would be so much easier if I were half the mindless robot y'all think I am.

for the record, I'm unaffiliated. In fact, my primary is next week (I live in the DC area), and the only thing on my ballot is empty but for one seat on the school board at large. And my school-aged kid doesn't even go to public school. So I'm writhing in pain at not being able to vote.

I have not endorsed McCain ... don't know that I ever can.

I'm known among my friends as a Eagle Forum John Birch-type conservative, and here on these boards I am known as just right of Mao.

So we can agree on that. You would sell your soul for the party.
