I would put Steven Wright as 11 and Brian Regan as the best new comic.

Can I get a shout out for Mitch Hedburg? RIP you long haired hippie...

I have embraced the contraction.

I saw Jerry Seinfeld's stand-up routine here in Houston last fall and it was awesome. Very funny and PG-rated.

If any current stand-up comic should be an LDS favorite it's Seinfeld because his act is clean. He could have done the act he did in Houston on the BYU campus -- something you probably can't say for anybody else in the top ten.

Cosby for sure was/is clean.

But Cosby is black, so no way he gets invited to BYU.

Unless he joins the Church and comes to BYU to headline the "Pres Hinckley's 90th Birthday All-Star Comedy Jam, with The Garrens, Eric Snider, and Johnny Biscuit."

I think I mentioned him.

He was hilarious. very odd delivery, but that was a big part of his charm, I think.

I like Regan a lot too. He's coming to Redding soon and I think we're going to catch his show.

Somehow I missed that, but yes, you did.

His delivery is definitely part of the charm. A lot of his material is funny when you tell it as a joke, but hilarious listening to him say it.

Hmmm... President Hinckley has passed, do you mean President Monson?

Honestly though, who wouldn't love to hear another rendition of the Tysman Rap by Johnny Biscut. I still probably know all the words.
