Under Crowton BYU had too major sex scandals which decimated two recruiting classes. We've been paying for that for two years and Bronco is finally pulling away.
Like I've said before, Crowton is a nice, likable guy. He'd make a great EQ president. Just don't invite him to your next move if you want to preserve your furniture. Bronco, on the other hand, would haul your piano on his back to the truck all by himself with nary a scratch because he would be "fully invested."

I always thought Crowton would have won 8 games last season if he were coaching BYU.
BC: W - Face it, if there was one game Crowton could win, it was the first of the season. This game would have been closer than it turned out to be and BYU would have won. EIU: W - Yeah TCU: L - TCU was good. @ SDSU: W - Crowton owned SDSU. @ New Mexico: W - Crowton owned New Mexico down in Albuquerque. CSU: W - Yeah @ ND: L - But close loss, with BYU down two and only 10 seconds left in the game. Crowton would go for it on 4th and goal in hopes of winning by 5 and not 1. However the pass would fall incomplete and the Irish would win. Air Force: W - Yeah! @ UNLV: L - Damn those Rebels! Wyoming: W - Yup Utah: L - Bam! Bowl Game: W 8-4 season, go Crowton! |

Crowton left the table set for Bronco. We underachieved a bit last year. Anything less than 8-4 will be massive underachievement, because as we can all see, we should be 3-0 already.
