My daughter is attending there, and after years of studying fashion, boys and gossip, I was happy she's heading to perhaps nobler pastures to prepare for PT. I understand U of U has a good PT school. The smaller classes together with a churchy atmosphere is something number 1 will appreciate. She did nail me the other day. "Dad, why is it you're constantly harping on me for my academics?" "Well you could have done better on the ACT to get a scholarship." "But I have a 3.9" Okay, we she's no dummey, just not studious. I hope that changes because PT school is not some cushy course direction. Apparently one transfers in one's junior year to be ready for the Masters in PT.

Wow moving to Rexburg for your spouse, and I thought I was a saint for moving to Spokane for my fiancee. You obviously made a much bigger sacrifice.

Was it 4-year university level? No. With some exceptions, my classes at BYU in Provo were harder than at Ricks. Of course, that may have had something to do with the fact that they were upper-division and graduate-level courses. Either way, the education was quality. Great place. I would recommend it to anyone who's considering it for their kids.

I spent my first two semesters up at Ricks and had a really good time. It's a great place to go when you are 18 and don't have a car and don't know any better.
It was a good place to start out, but I couldn't see myself finishing there...which is why I ultimately went to UVSC and then Utah. Great for Freshman year though.
