Ha! I had you all beat. When I was EQP we had one presidency meeting a month (most of time less than that) and it was always during sunday school. Whenever I did PPI it was during sunday school and priesthood. I sent emails when needed. I never visited the members of the quorum (that is what their home teachers are for). I don't go to stake priesthood meetings or any other stake meetings (Leadership etc.. in fact I dont do sunday night church and only do saturday night church twice a year)
I even got the bishop to not have early morning meeting (PEC, ward council etc...) once a month.

My stake has a thing called "family sunday." Family Sunday is one sunday every month where there are no extra meetings allowed. No PEC, noe ward council, now welfare, no correlations, no presidency meetings, etc. The only thing allowed is the htree hour block. It is truly a thing of great inspiration.
