I hadn't heard that. Too bad, he would have been interesting.

It looks like some candidates that do not already have rock star quality recognition are getting scared by Hillary, Obama, and the spectre of Al Gore, and to some extent John Edwards. Personally I like Bill Richardson

As a US Senator, she is one of 100. As President, she would be 1 of 1.

The woman is a socialist. Socialism and capitalism do not mix well and this country is where it is today because of the free market.

You dodged Archaea's question. What do you see that Mrs. Clinton has done that would bring unity?

It wasn't a dodge. His question was very vague. Would she "unify" the nation? Nope. But who would? Has Bush? Did Clinton? Would Romney or McCain? The only thing that really unifies the country is an attack on the country, not a leader (unless it is a leader following an attack).

Would she unify the party? Absolutely. Would she unify the Congress to get things done? I think it highly likely. Would she attract voters in the middle? She would have to if she were to get elected in the first place. Am I done answering my own questions? Yes I am.

Fair enough. She may fool the Democrats, but no way she could convince anyone else that she's all about her.

How could the most divisive person in American politics unify the Democratic Party? Except for the extreme left, I'm unfamiliar with any moderate supporters of her. Her support stems from the fringes, the radical groups.

From the right she evokes pure, unadulterated hatred. She creates such a response that some could justify terroism to stop her harm to our society.

I'm looking for one moderate position she holds.

Taxes? No.

Health care? No.

Government regulation? No.

Civil defense? No.

Global warming? NO.

What other issues are there? Those are the only relevant federal issues. A person who bridges must have some moderation, and she has none.
