WHile I would not put any of those on the list of greatest songs, I can tell that you and I would rarely argue over the choice of CDs on a road trip. Thios are all excelletn songs and among my personal favorites. For me, Head East's is one of the most overlooked great songs ever.

We use to wear out that Head East song on our way up skiing. Four or five guys in a Dodge Dart heading up to Targhee singing at the top of their lungs. Good times and good memories.

Your right they don't belong on a greatest list, I'm down to some old favorites.

We did too, only we were in an old goat-piss yellow Datsun B210 station wagonand also frequently yelled out the words to Bowie's Suffragette City ( . . . aaahhhh wham bam Thank You Ma'am!") on the way to Alta, pausing briefly at Snowbird to flip off all the Californians.
