No, but it sure helps to gell what we're talking about. You don't think American's in general have a pretty myoptic view of how the world works? We don't even have an accurate assessment of what the word POOR means. Or are you thinking we have the ultimate definition?

But I didn't say ANY did I? The Robin-Hood method of dictating social programs can be taken at face value. Sure you will need some programs. Just not every program.

In terms of education and international experience, I don't think the folks in this debate represent your typical American. Hence, the "Have you ever been in the USSR?" approach is not going to carry your argument.
