Too bad Mike drove off OhioBlue. We could have gotten him to weigh in, eh?

Mike didn't drive him off...OB was a putz who couldn't take any kind of ribbing or dissent to his opinion.

Neither is true. OB was no putz, and I wish he was still around. MW didn't drive him off, but he hasn't exactly gone out of his way to invite him back, unfortunately.

Well in all fairness, it was a University of Utah student ward, not a BYU ward.

If a guy goes out of his way to tell people he's leaving because he didn't like the way he was being treated...making some kind of lame announcement...that's VERY putz-like and also smacks of a person who has a bigger ego than they'd ever care to admit.

It's stupid.

I must have missed the announcement. I don't recall reading such a thing.

Where did he announce it?

Well, gee, since he didn't make an announcement, we don't know exactly why he left, which is the point

Perhaps he just felt like he had better things to do with his time...

Regardless of how one is treated here, a number of guys have come to the conclusion that they spend too much time posting on these boards...maybe he felt that way. Pure speculation on my part...but knowing Ohio Blue a very litttle bit...he's not the kind to be driven off by someone. He wouldn't want someone to get a false ego boost apparently associated with driving someone off the board.

Regardless, he was a good poster, and was fair in his dealings with most, if not all people here.
