Sure, I'm new, but I consider myself close enough to that "apostate" line that I'm not so sure it's as cut-and-dry of a proposition as we'd all like. I guess that's why I didn't agree with RB throwing that word around. I'm not sure that's a judgment anyone is able to make about another.

I've always kind of thought Mike should provide a character guide for new members. You know? Not unlike when you go to see Romeo and Juliet and they give you a list of the Montagues and Capulets with little notes on each one's role in the play. Except here it could be a list of the believers and the apostates. Or the Cougars and the Utes. Or the superheroes and the mortals, the attorneys and the philosophers...etc. etc.

I think Jeff is trying to say that you'll have better success arguing with a Phil Hendrie radio guest than with Rocky Balboa. No offense Jay.

JL was merely wishing you luck in your attempt to get RB to enter into a civilized discussion on this topic. Others have tried and failed miserably.

If you succeed, I suggest you start your own religion or self-help program--there are millions to be made.
