The mindset that wants to regulate an activity in which one doesn't engage or has not engaged baffles me.

Man has hunted, fished, farmed and ranched since inception of the species. And somehow that is mysteriously harmful to the planet? Wildlife management is what we pay the BLM for, but I suppose it's suppression of all outdoor activities is the purpose of regulation now.

This is the kind of non-productive BS that really makes me think that the Obama admin is amateur hour in the extreme.

There is no way they are going to ban recreational fishing. Yet Obama is going to take a hit with people that care about this. Just like he did with gun control. It was never realistic for him to institute gun control, yet he spent his political capital making threats that he could never carry through.

For such a supposedly smart man, he and his people are acting very stupidly.
