Default Who's slow and out of shape?

Uh....me.

Good grief, I dragged my butt out the door this morning and went for a run. About three miles in, I looked at my GPS and I was averaging almost 10 min. miles. Some of it was having to tip-toe on the snow and ice so I didn't fall, but I'm kicking myself for being so damn lazy the past three months. I've got some serious work to do before I run the Salt Lake Marathon in April.

Watch your mouth, sonny. That's my standard pace.

No, I'm not mad about 10 minute miles. Believe me, I'm no speed demon. I'm just mad that I let myself lose so much fitness.

A 10 minute mile pace is a good time for me. I need to get my fatass back in gear and start running again...

Um... I'm doing 10:30-11:30 minute miles. So 10 minute miles would be fantastic.

However, I have been doing between 5.5-6.5 miles/day.

That would be me as well. I finally got out to run to try and get out of last place in the fastest 5K by new years challenge and I was only able to run a 31:55 5K, still more than a minute behind fuegote I've really got to bust my ass to get into good enough shape to run the SLC marathon.
